The Barça futsal team pulled off another win at the Palau Blaugrana with a great second half performance to record an 8-3 win over Ribera Navarra. Level at half time at 2-2 a hat-trick from Pito and two goals from Matheus were the deciding factor in a game in which Joel Miñano and Izán Sequero made their debuts for Barça.
The blaugrane started in positive fashion as Pito handed them the lead after just two minutes, beating former Barça keeper Pau López down low. Ribera came back and Barça keeper Miquel Feixas made a great double save to prevent the equaliser. However, on 11 minutes David did manage to beat Feixas to make it 1-1.
Approaching half time, Matheus on the counter put Barça back in front on 18 minutes only for Rocha to level things up a minute later.
In the second half Barça came out with intensity and goals from Matheus, his second of the game, and João Víctor opened up a 4-2 lead for the home side. Sergio González and then Pito extended that lead to 6-2 just before the half hour mark.
Tumkiewicz pulled one back for Ribera but an own goal and a third of the evening for Pito just two minutes from time sealed a comprehensive win for the blaugranes at home in the Palau.
